Signing for EMS was one of the best decisions I made. When I heard about EMS technology I wasn’t really sure about the results that I can get out from 20mins twice a week especially that I used to go to the gym everyday and spend minimum of 2hours of hard exercises. But due to my new circumstances of giving birth I didn’t have the time to go as before.
Therefore, I have started my Ems training after 40days of giving birth and I was amazed about what this training can do! I felt the training right after the first session, and 4 sessions later I could see the first changes and immediately I have upgraded my membership from 3months to one year😍😍

Great experience with EMS specially after noticing the amazing change in my physical condition since the first week .. So far my EMS experience has been amazing, every session is challenging (but my trainer says thats only the start😥) To have Chantal as my trainer is really commendable she really puts in her efforts to make sure the results are achieved. Great experience with EMS. Type of training that helps the muscles to workout or grow more (as I felt and saw the difference on my self) when focusing on muscles plus type of training it is a great combination of a workout💪🏽.
